KETELES E-BIKE WARRANTY

All KETELES bikes are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. The 1-year warranty would be started since the intial owner has received it.

Frame: Frame comes with a 2-year warranty

Other parts: 1-year warranty.

KETELES will replace any and all component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment)

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

(1) Wear and tear of consumable parts that require periodic maintenance (including but not limited to tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, housings, grips, chains, spokes, kickstand lights, LCD displays, pedals, cranks, motors, saddles, derailleurs) that may wear out with normal use but are not covered by normal wear and tear warranty. Replacement parts may be purchased at keteles.net.

(2) Defects or damage caused by accident, misuse, improper use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or similar activities not intended for the product), improper storage, contact with liquids, contact with chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect or abnormal physical, electrical or mechanical stress.

(3) Any scratches, dents and cosmetic damage unless caused by KETELES.

(4) Products with serial numbers or bar codes removed, defaced, damaged, altered or otherwise illegible;

(5) Defects or damage to the product caused by the use of accessories, products or ancillary/peripheral equipment not provided or approved by KETELES with the product.

(6) Defects or damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair or adjustment in a manner different from the assembly instructions and user manual.

(7) Defects or damage caused by external factors such as collision, fire, flood, storm, lightning strike, earthquake, exposure to severe weather, theft, blown fuse or improper use of power source.

In addition, with respect to batteries, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by the following:

(1) Charging with a charger that is not suitable or designed for the battery.

(2) Improper use of the battery charger.

(3) Any signs of tampering or damage to the battery.

(4) Use of the battery in equipment other than the specified bicycle.
