Easy to assemble and packed well. It has plenty of power to get up to speed quickly without pedaling (about 32mph). It climbs most steep trails and hills without having to pedal. However, having 21 speeds is great when you do want/need to pedal. It seems to be good quality and I have no complaints so far. Be sure to check/retighten the bolts and screws after the first few rides or use thread locker. Excellent customer service also.
My Keteles K800 took less than two hours to assemble. Instructions for assembly were simple and intuitive if you've ever worked on bicycles before. The bike came well packaged and protected from damage. Completed it is a gorgeous bike! I got to go on my first ride today and it was amazing! The bike has plenty of power for me. I'm 6'2" and 275 lbs and I got to 32 mph! Ten miles for a first trip and the battery was barely depleted. This bike has so far been an amazing purchase. There are great YouTube videos if you have any questions.
I ordered this bike for my 18 old for Christmas. It arrived as promised, excellent quality and as advertised. I had a question about the charging procedure and reached out to the vendor- on Christmas Day- they responded- on Christmas Day!! They worked with me to resolve the issue and made sure I was taken care of- thank you. It’s been a long time since I had customer service like this so not only is the product great the company is excellent.
Haven’t logged a lot of miles yet, but it is such a joy to ride, battery lasts a long time. Easy, comfortable ride.
This is my third electric bike. I like the way it handles and love the way the way it climbs hills. I live on a very steep hill and this bike climbs it with ease.
