We purchased two Keteles e-bikes, the K800 and the XF4000 2 weeks ago. I have to say I can't fault either bike. They arrived 2 days after I ordered them, they were very well packed and easy to build and build quality is very good indeed. We had I charger that had a 2 pin plug, I contacted Keteles customer service by email and they sent out 2 3 pin plugged chargers without any issue.
We've ridden the bikes and they are very good, no hill is too steep for these bikes, they are confortable and a joy to ride. The battery life appears good but time will tell. As for reliability, again time will tell.
The only thing that plays a little on my mind is if I require any replacement parts because, the company is based in Hong-Kong so getting such parts isn't going to be quick. I have been told by Keteles that they are intending to get a selection of common replacements parts stored in the UK. This is an extremely good idea and they need to do this sooner rather than later.
In June we're taking the bikes to France for 6 weeks and I intend to do a more in depth follow-up review on the bikes with we return so, watch this space!!!

Got it! Bicycles, in general, are fantastic for commuting, exercise, and exploring. They offer eco-friendly transportation and a great way to stay active while enjoying the outdoors.

Easy to assemble and packed well. It has plenty of power to get up to speed quickly without pedaling (about 32mph). It climbs most steep trails and hills without having to pedal. However, having 21 speeds is great when you do want/need to pedal. It seems to be good quality and I have no complaints so far. Be sure to check/retighten the bolts and screws after the first few rides or use thread locker. Excellent customer service also.
